Lindenfels Catholic Church closed after repeated vandalism
In September, the Catholic Church of Saints Peter and Paul in Lindenfels was the target of repeated acts of vandalism, forcing it to close its doors outside of Mass and other services in order to protect the building. Consequently, the community's access to this place of worship a has been limited.
On 15 September, the closure of Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church in Lindenfels was reported. Reports describe several instances of vandalism, including candles being scattered inside the church and burnt matches and other debris being left inside the building.
For security reasons, the church will remain closed outside of Mass and other religious services. The parish is searching for a new solution.
