Observatory Submits 67 Cases to OSCE Hate Crime Report 2012
67 hate crimes and hate incidents in the OSCE area with a special focus to West of Vienna were collected by the Observatory in 2012. In the submission to OSCE, the Observatory followed the needs of the segregation of data and the listing of bias indicators as requested by OSCE / ODIHR.
