Man disrupts homily at Pentecost mass in Nantes

A man approached the ambo and took the microphone a few minutes into the homily during Pentecost mass and spoke in a foreign language. A few witnesses have reported that the intruder said "Allahu Akbar", the vicar, however, denies it.

Bishop Jean-Paul James was giving the sacrament of confirmation at the cathedral St. Peter and St. Paul of Nantes on Pentecost Sunday and was giving his homily infront of about 1,500 to 2,000 people when an intruder interrupted him a few minutes into his speech. The disruptor was soon taken out of the cathedral by clergy staff and paritioners. The Bishop resumed to his homily. 

There has been controvercy on the internet about whether the intruder did say "Allahu Akbar" or not. 

The iterruption has been cut out of the church's recoding of the homily.
