Church in Delémont Soiled by Offensive Graffiti
Inside and outside the Catholic church of Saint-Marcel Delémont was vandalised by offensive graffiti. The perpetrators are suspected to have been anarchists or leftists.
Graffiti found on the church walls said: "Jesus is gay", "ACAB", "ACHAB", "Your religion is not mine". Slogans were also followed by satanic symbols. The Police have been directly notified and a complaint was filed. The church had been restored last summer at the cost of tens of thousands of francs and had only reopened in September.
