Church Vandalized in Poitiers, France

The devastation at the Church of Saint-Cyprian was discovered by a parishioner. A large concrete statue of the Virgin Mary located at the church entrance was thrown to the ground and irreparably broken.

Additionally, most of the flower pots and vases in the church had been broken and scattered in the nave. Several decorative elements were torn from the walls and thrown to the ground. A complaint was filed at the police station and the perpetrators are unknown.  Source: L'Observatoire de la Christianophobie
