Cemetery Crucifixes Uprooted and Planted Upside Down

Acts of vandalism were discovered on December 1st in the cemetery of Villiers-le-Sec, between Creully and Courseulles-sur-Mer, France.

The vandalism was discovered on the morning of December 1st, but might have been committed over the weekend in this small country cemetery. Fourteen crucifixes were found planted upside down in the ground of Villiers-le-Sec cemetery between Creully and Courseulles-sur-Mer. This is not the first such vandalism, as ten kilometers away in Tracy-sur-Mer, similar damage had been discovered in February. Source: La Manche Libre
