NHS does not Record Religious Discrimination

The National Health Service has confirmed, in response to a question from a Member of Parliament, that it does not collect information on instances of discrimination against NHS staff on the basis of their faith.

Instances of discrimination against NHS staff on the basis of their faith can include patients refusing treatment by a worker of a specific faith, disciplinary actions against workers for exercise of faith-based conscience, and termination of employment.  Source: Premier
