Popstar Madonna ridicules the crucifiction on tour in Europe

In her 2006 concert tour, Madonna appears in a crucifixion pose on a lighted cross during the performance of "Live To Tell." By doing this, Madonna wants to compare the passion of Christ with the suffering of “12 million children in Africa who died of AIDS” (BTW: a serious medical report estimated the whole at 700,000).
Although Christians in different European countries such as Germany or Italy have protested, the show hasen't been modified. In some countries, christians brought an action against it. In Amsterdam for instance, the SGP (Staatkundig Gereformeerde Partij – a rigid protestant party) lodged on September 11th, 2006 a complaint against it.
In the United-States, however, resistance is much stronger. Over 600.000 people have protested asking the NBC (TV) not to broadcast this show.
