YouTube Removed Channel of Islam-Critical Priest
After a third "warning" that his posted videos were "inappropriate" and violated "community rules," YouTube removed priest Guy Pagès's "Islam et Vérité" channel from its content-sharing platform on September 27, 2017 .
The priest runs the blog "Islam et Vérité." YouTube first warned him that the video "La fête de l'Aïd apprend aux enfants à égorger" ("Eid festival teaches children to slaughter") did not comply with its community rules. They later removed the video from YouTube. Finally, he was accused of violating the community rules for a third time and, as a result, YouTube blocked his account and prevented him from creating another account. Source: L'Observatoire
