Blood Poured in front of Martinique Church
A witness discovered blood poured on the stairs and door of the Eglise de Bellevue in Fort-de-France on the morning of March 15th.
The witness took photos and recorded a video of the shocking scene. View that video here. A man working on the church reported that when he left at 10:00 p.m. the night before, there was nothing wrong.
An upset parishioner said that this was the first time such profanation had happened at the church and news reports indicate that church vandalism is unusual in Martinique. Police announced increased patrols in the area.
