Feminist Graffiti On Church Walls In Spain

Country: Spain

Date of incident: March 8, 2020

On International Women’s Day (8th of March), the walls of Church San Roque in Sevilla were smeared with feminist graffiti. This criminal act is one of many against this church.

"These graffiti, far from claiming absolutely nothing on International Women's Day, become a new proof of the religion of hatred that some sectors of society preach against the Catholic Church and, by extension, against everything that smells of incense, such as the brotherhoods ( in this case the Seville Brotherhood of St. Roch).", wrote the Newspaper "Gente de Paz".
