"Christians are Always Ridiculed": SRF-"Deville" Caused Displeasure
Christians are defamed and ridiculed in the satirical program "Deville". The reopening of churches was called irrelevant and unnecessary by David Koch. He also affirmed, that the Covid-19 pandemic had shown that there was no God. Neither the show nor the satirist found the episode harmful and have not apologized
"Schools, museums, markets and other public institutions reopened their doors in the week of May 17 when the controversial program was broadcast, but the holding of church services or religious ceremonies was always prohibited. Showmaster Dominic Deville frivolously commented that everything important would be reopened."
"The churches would no longer have to be opened at all, because Corona showed that there is no God. We only need Koch, Deville said cheekily."
