"Palestine" graffiti on Italian Church

San Benedetto church in Brindisi was found smeared with red paint. The ancient portal and another entrance of the church were smeared, and "Palestine" was written on the stairs.

The two red paintings on the doors seem to reproduce streams of blood, wanting to raise awarenss about the situation in Gaza. However, according to news reports, the police excluded a political motive.

The property damage was discovered in the morning of March 5 by some citizens who alerted the police.
