Public Figure of Jesus vandalised
A public figure of Jesus on a cross was severely vandalised in Villalbe, France.
On Sunday, April 30, the local Town Hall received notification that a statue of Christ displayed on a cross in a public area in Villalbe, Carcassonne has been severely vandalised. Arms and legs have been cut off.
The statue has been recovered and the city affirmed the will to restore it: "We will do everything to repair it and get it back on its feet but I have no certainty, I don't know if we will be able to restore it properly."
The police are investigating the case.
