Law enforcement was notified and launched an investigation, while a formal complaint was filed against unknown perpetrators. The incident was publicly condemned by municipal authorities, with Deputy Mayor Anna Maria Zerbola stating, “We were profoundly shocked. To this day, we truly cannot understand the motives behind such a serious act”.
