Insulting Messages at Parish House
Unknown individuals defaced the community house of St John the Baptist Church in Nauort with coloured graffiti and insulting messages, leading police to seek witnesses.
The community house of St John the Baptist Church in Nauort was vandalised between 6 and 8 February. Unknown perpetrators sprayed the side wall with red and green paint and left several insulting phrases and numbers. The incident constituted criminal damage to church property.
Police stated that no information about the offenders was available. Officers opened an investigation and appealed for public assistance. According to the police report, they asked anyone who had observed “suspicious persons or unusual activity in the area of the community house” during the relevant period to contact the responsible station.
