Swastika Graffiti Smeared at Church Wall
A graffiti with the word "memory" and just below Nazi swastika in red were smeared at the wall of Church of Santa Maria in Marrón in the Cantabria region.
"It has nothing to do with the Law, but even if it did, that is no way to protest", said mayor Amaya Fernández to media. Investigation by the Guardia Civil are ongoing and the Town Hall is looking ways to clean the wall from the 17th century. The church has already been subject to vandalism in the past. Investigations are ongoing.
