Drunken men interrupt mass and insult priest
On March 3, 2023, there was a disruption in the celebration of Holy Mass at the Franciscan Church in Wronki. During the service, two drunken men aged 29 and 40 entered the church and insulted the priest. Police officers were called to the scene.
This is not the first such incident to have occurred recently. In January, there was an incident in Warsaw involving three men under the influence of alcohol. They forced their way into a church and began insulting priests and the institution of the Church. The faithful managed to lead the intruders out of the building.
During the last Christmas holidays in Ludwin, a drunken man broke into the church, destroyed one of the statues of the Christmas crib.
