Church walls defaced with graffiti
Between December 6-9, unknown perpetrators defaced the facade of a facade of the Catholic community center St. Christophorus with graffiti. The white graffiti defaced both the north and west sides of the church building.
The foundation of the community centre had just been completed. The parish estimates that it will cost several thousand euros to remove the graffiti. This is confirmed by Pastor Christian Müller and Eberhard Dommer of the Catholic Parish Foundation.
The community centre has been repeatedly vandalised by graffiti. The case has caused frustration and anger among those responsible. The Hockenheim police are investigating the case for criminal damage. The town has had serious problems with vandalism and graffiti on several cars and buildings.
