Statue of Infant Jesus stolen from the nativity scene
A figure of the Infant Jesus from the nativity scene on the steps of the church in Levico Terme has been stolen during the night during the night.
"A gesture that leaves us disappointed and sad," explains Efrem Filippi; organizer of the Christmas Market.
"According to tradition, we place the baby Jesus on Christmas Eve, a moment awaited and felt by the community. A moment in the village," continues Filippi. We are truly sorry, not only for the value of the work done by a professional, but above all for the symbol and what this moment represents for Levico.
