Unknown perpetrators broke into the Church of Our Lady of Perpetual Help in Czarna and stole several liturgical objects, including a chalice and a container for hosts. The incident caused shock among parish clergy and local residents.
The burglary occurred on 18 January 2025. The perpetrators forced entry through a side door, damaging its security features before entering the church. Stolen items included a chalice used for Sunday and feast day liturgies, a paten, and a ciborium used to hold hosts.
