Anti-Christian slogan and satanic symbols on Church in Pesaro

During the weekend of July 27, the facade of the Maddalena Church of Pesaro was defaced with the phrase “Clean churches, silent people,” along with a pentagram, which is commonly used as Satanic symbol, and black paint drawings resembling foetuses.
There were a string of graffiti vandalizations over the weekend of July 27. The vandalism of the church appears to separate from the vandalism of the Tombaccia underpass. The vandalsim of the church was reported as causing outrage among the people. The mayor made a statement calling the act a real defacement and stating that those caught will face consequences for their rudeness.
