Theft from Church in Mantes-La-Ville
While France is subject to lockdown measures related to the coronavirus, thieves stole three video projectors and the money collected during Masses from the safe in the church of Sacré-Cœur in Mantes-la-Ville on March 23rd.
Parish priest Matthieu Willamson said "There was no break-in. So it's someone who has the keys to the place. This is incomprehensible behavior at a time when a whole country is living in anguish and fear. The video projectors were installed a few weeks ago and were a gift from a local association."
