Vandalism in the Appels church
On Tuesday evening, April 23, in the church of Appels in Dendermande, an act of vandalism was reported.
In the Church of the Appels, the vandals vandalised the board and tore the booklets prepared for the upcoming first communion into pieces. "The church will now remain closed in the evening until the First Communion," said Luc De Donder, a church council member.
