Priest Murdered in Kłobuck Parish Residence
Fr. Grzegorz Dymek, a 58-year-old priest, has been killed in the parish residence in Kłobuck, Poland, by a former police officer.
On the evening of 13 February 2025, a fatal incident took place in the Parish of Our Lady of Fatima in Kłobuckresidence: Father Grzegorz Dymek, who had served as the parish priest since 1998, was found murdered in the basement of the rectory of the Parish.
The autopsy established that he died as a result of strangulation.
The suspect is Tomasz J., a 52-year-old former policeman, who was detained by police and confessed to the murder. At the time of reporting, investigators had not disclosed the motive for the killing.
